The unit has outer chamber, inner chamber, boiler, lid and jacket all made of 316/304 grade stainless steel
All Function of process will be automatic governing by PLC base automation.
Automatic purging system.
Standard & also customer defined process cycle are provide.
Automatic vacuum system
It is supplied complete with vacuum breaker , water level indicator , steam trap and automatic pressure control switch , two safety valve.
Running Process parameter will display on HMI.
The whole unit is mounted on a tubular stand.
Pressure lock device for door.
Operating on 3phase , 440 volts AC supply.
Steam trap is incorporated in discharge line for fast and perfect elimination of air.
Working temperature 121'C/134'C.
Hydro test at 3.5 kgf/cm2(35psi).
Electrically heated by special flange type immersion type heater to work on 440 volts three phase supply.
The pressure inside the chamber is variable from 5 psi to 20 psi but the normal recommended pressure for sterilization process is 1.2 &2.3kgf /cm2 (15 psi - 17 psi).
